Benefactor is the best though because

 

1. All of my vehicles are decent performance wize

2. All of my vehicles have good customization

3. All of my vehicles are luxurious and nice

4. Good variety in vehicles

5. Benefactor is Mercedes

 

Also, the stretch you show next to the Stretch E is the GTA IV Stretch. The GTA IV Stretch was made by Dundreary, and was a limo version of the Admiral. Only GTA V Stretch is Albany.

As much as I love BMW over Mercedes in real life, in the game my vote goes to Benefactor for sheer superiority in terms of performance, utility usage, and options.
