RyanBurnsRed Posted August 13, 2014 Share Posted August 13, 2014 Had to go back and read where this conversation started from If Microsoft owns the IP to Quantum Break, that doesn't exactly mean there's any possibility of it coming to PC ( I guess it depends how well...or how poorly the game does if we'll ever see a port. If they don't own the IP to it, then maybe the devs will bring it over like Crytek is doing with Ryse. My guess is as good as yours. I'm pretty sure that Tomb Raider game will come to PC though. I feel like Playstation has all the better games. I mean, what exclusives for Xbox are there to get really hyped and excited for? Tomb Raider is eh. Nothing special. Sunset Overdrive looks really cheesy. Quantum Break seems confusing. What else is there to get excited about? Halo and Gears is the only franchises Microsoft has going for them.I'm certainly no Playstation fanboy either. I hate Playstation fans. I own an Xbox One and just really want some awesome exclusives come to Xbox but all I see is awesome exclusives come to Playstation. It's pissing me off. Microsoft's conference wasn't anything special. The big news about Tomb Raider, which again, not really going to be a huge console seller in my opinion. More news on Halo. First gameplay of Quantum Break which I didn't really care for. Graphics were pretty good but the gameplay seems confusing and weird. When you look at it MS has some great IPs. Conker, Banjo, Voodoo Vince, Blinx, Battletoads, Age of Empires, Crackdown, Phantom Dust, Grabbed by th Ghoulies, Kameo, Perfect Dark, Project Gotham Racing, and others. They just have to put them to use. He was the head of MS Studios, a sh*t ton of prototypes were probably shot down. With any luck. He'll bring them back to life. Back around 2008 - 2010, it seemed they were on the right track. Halo Wars, ODST, if they did experiments like these again, it would be great. They need to put those Rare IPs to work. And give them freedom to work. No moar Kinect games for Rare! Playstation console exclusives I'd buy - Bloodborne, Until Dawn, H1Z1, Order 1886, Uncharted, Silent Hills (unconfirmed, but a bit strange that the demo is ONLY on PS4), SOMA, No Man's Sky, The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter, DayZ (as long as it's playable), etc. Microsoft exclusives interested in - Crackdown, Halo 5, Quantum Break? (maybe?), Gears... See what I mean? Most of those are coming out in 2015 though. I'm a big horror guy, and my tastes are different than your tastes, so we will probably disagree with the games. But, anyway, those are 10 games right there that aren't coming to Xbox that I would love to play but can't. Please Phil Spencer, PLEASE HELP! How diverse and interesting. There is no shortage of these games currently available and if there is anything they have in common, it's that they offer a shallow and uninteresting gameplay experience that gets boring long before their short-lived campaign comes to an end. As for release dates, when you claim that Microsoft doesn't have any good exclusives/PS4 has all the games obviously their actual availability should be a factor.
