Maybe EA, Ubisoft or Konami can surprise us, or someone else with a new announcement over the next few days of GC. I don't think Ubi or Konami are hosting a show this year, just EA left to go. Announcing the game for PS4 while it's still unfinished and hardly playable on PC. Nice. The game has more bugs than a rundown apartment in the south side of Detroit. I cannot find anything that answers it outright though. EDIT: I'm 99% certain it is that way. Publishers get the word out of the game, and expect good reception and money in return. They may ask for ownership of the IP, but it doesn't mean they'll get it.
