Xbox freezes in job menu?

Ok so every once in a while, this happens to me. I'm hosting Rooftop Rumble, waiting for other players to join so I can play with a full party. Every once in a while, it will say all 3 players have JOINED, but when I try to start the mission, it tells me that a player is still joining. So when i go to kick the most recent player, my xbox freezes right after i hit kick. It has done this 3 times already over about a 2 week period. Xbox has no problems and doesn't freeze except in this specific situation. Anyone else having this problem?
