need help unlocking weapon tints

i'm trying to unlock weapon tints using god mode but i'm repeatedly running into players turning on passive mode along with my weapons targetting nothing but the cops instead of players.

 

things that have helped so far to trick players into not turning on passive mode:

-driving backwards with my zentorno so they think their shots are missing

-constantly doing rolls when gunfighting so they think their shots are missing

 

things that help against not targetting a sea of endless cops:

-calling lester.. and that's about it

 

does anyone have any other ideas that could help me with this? i don't like deathmatches and don't want to hurt my k/d with those
