Parachuting: wins counting as loses

I was doing a lot of parachuting missions today and noticed that when I won it was counting as a loss. Have any of you noticed this.

No I was actually checking on the screen where you get ready and bet.

Then Rockstar has another glitch to hotfix.

I had the same problem, I mentioned it last week and this PM from another member:

 

 

The problem you are having has been around for 3 patches, I'm going to tell you how to avoid it because it won't be fixed. I have over 2000 jumps, I have 1690 wins and 45 losses, so please take my word for it.

1. Only race people in lobbies that you know aren't idle players because if you race an idle player you will loose.

2. Stay away from people who are hosting lobbies that are below the required rank, if you beat them your win will be counted as a loss

3. If you win any race lets say out of 4 people, if you finish and everyone else gets a DNF you will win, but it will register as a loss. Meaning one has to at least finish the race with out dying or getting a DNF.

4. If you occur what I've mentioned above in step 3, once you get to the voting screen DO NOT VOTE press the PS button quit the game immediately, so it wont save to the cloud.

5. If the host abandons the race, rage quits whatever, the win will count as a loss so always remember who the host is and watch what is going on with the score screen.

I don't like boasting, I'm very good at this game, I do DMs, and Parachuting the most as far as competitive modes. I would only have 20 losses if it weren't for this bug, and it took those extra 25 losses for me to figure out what was causing it. I haven't had a loss now in over 550 races so I hope this helps you.

P.S. Remember one person has to finsh the race with you in order for the win to stick, and trust me R* is not fixing it, they wanted me to get a capture card, and record what was going on. I politely told them pay me a game testers salary and I will, I've done enough BETA testing for free as far as this game goes. 3 tickets at R* support and it won't be fixed so this is my guide, and I've passed this along to other parachute racers, everyone who does it allot knows about the bug.

 

To Break it down:

 

1. You win, another guy finshes without dying or getting DNF you're good.

 

2. You win, another guy gets a DNF, you'll win but it'll count as a loss. Remember don't vote PS button quit.

 

3. You win, against 2 other racers, one guy gets a DNF, the other finishes with you, you're good.

 

4. You win against 2-7 other racers everyone gets a DNF, you'll win but it'll count as a loss. Remember don't vote PS button quit.

 

5. Host abandons the race, you finish, regardless of how many people are in the lobby, and who finishes, you'll loose. Remember don't vote PS button quit.

 

6. Remember doesn't matter how many people you're racing aslong as one person finishes your win is good and will register.

 

I know this is allot to remember, but it's easy to remember so keep the guide with you, and passit along to fellow parachuters.

are you sure you won? if both your scores are equal, the 1st person to land is the winner

you only win when your score is best, if its equal the winner is the one with the fastest time

Yes I was winning. They were both rushing and missing some checkpoints and I had the highest score. It even said I was first place but when we got into another match I noticed that the losses had increased and the wins stayed the same.
