have you seen npc's driving supercars?

yesterday i was nearly ran over by an npc speeding down the road in a monroe, i got in my primo and gave chase, i killed the npc after flipping his car on it's side, after i got it back on it's wheels, i wanted to see if i could make it mine (unlikely), i suddenly hade a "unknown connection error", thanks rockstar for baiting me!

has anyone seen npc's driving supercars lately?

I see the Infernus A LOT in both sp and online. It's kinda ridiculous.

Yeah, I see them quite a lot, but you cannot put them in your garage as it will say the vehicle has a tracker.

Also i have see it drivin a buccanear,landstalker,cognocenti,dominaitor. Went i see him driving a rare car like entity or stinger is usually went i finish a gerald job.

I was completing the mission with franklin where you had to steal the beejay if i remember and i see some npc with a custom zentorno driving to a parking building.
