and Shake has easily the worst signature on the entire forum

You clearly have horrible taste in comedic movies.

ya we get it, you like the movie... the sig is annoying and hard to look at, esp when it's pasted 5/6 times a page...

If you go to the top right of my signature there is an "X". Click on it, from there you can choose to ignore mine or all signatures.

So, being one of the several threads about this, and yes, I know there is a topic on the first page, but this is regarding a different part of this, now going back on topic. I heard about this yesterday and remembered the days of the DNS servers, practically ruining the game. Now, I'm studying some buisness stuff in school, I see why it is a very big problem.. Just like all the other companies, Rockstar thrives to earn money. In GTA Online, through cash cards, with various amounts you pay and amounts.you receive. With my theory, I will be basing my calculations on the megalodon cash card, which is the highest priced Shark Card at this moment, costing 100 USD and giving 8 million ingame currency. Let's assume someone gets one billion ingame dollars, as this is a good point to make an estimate(keep in mind, this IS modded money, which goes up rather fast in this scenario). With the megalodon card pricing in mind, with the money you get ingame as well, Rockstar is losing 12,500 USD in possible cash card profits. This probably doesn't mean anything to you, well at least without further details. The whole reason we've been getting free DLC since the beginning of GTA Online is because of that revenue. Your small DLC packs in GTA would cost several dollars/euros. I personally would see this not get patched for awhile, it is Rockstar we're talking about here. But in both their and our best benefit, it would be best if that is their primary focus. If we want free DLC to continue, that's what we need to hope we do.

Oh, come on. You are saying that if a player gets his hands on $1B of glitched ingame money, that means he won't pay Rockstar $12,500. I don't know about you, but I don't plan to buy $12,500 worth of cash cards. The more reasonable statement is that people who have glitched money have more fun, but Rockstar lost no money, because these people would never have bought a cash card anyway. Instead, they would just quit playing the game when the fun stopped.

Similarly, if you think that anyone would have paid several hundred dollars / euros for the DLC we have gotten already...wow, what can I say? Would you have paid that? I doubt it.

No cash cards = no GTA Online content. You expect a company to be motivated and keep producing product for free?

You know those updates are chopped parts, right? I must say at the moment Rockstar is doing it right by handing the rest of the chopped parts for free. Other companies have been taking chance of this and ask you to pay.

If you believe Rockstar for making you think those contents are freshly made each month, then well...

Op with the help of cash cards someone find out the value of every items buyable in stores in real life money and that includes "FREE" DLCs , technically speaking nothing is really free this is why grinding RR all day feels like a job they nerfed the payouts so we would be inclined in buying GTAmoney....

Cash cards are basically dlc for casual gamers , a guy that play once or twice a week wont spend $$$ on buyable content but he will purchase a shark card for that Zentorno and a 10 car garage..!!!

Back on topic so youre saying their losing money which i doubt unless you show me their fiscal revenue of the past year , even if that was true they gambled with this new implementation taking a chance on targeting the casual gamers who would buy the cash cards irregularly versus the hardcore ones who would have bought every DLC R* wouldve thrown to them (if they were complete & worth it)

Take Two is expecting 150 million in total next quarter. So there you go.
