It's a glitch in the game. You either lose your hat If you're wearing one or your haircut becomes bald, not sure If both can happen at the same time.

first it was cornrows for months now its this baldness glitch, im just too tired to care anymore.

Because the loading is so long that his hair starts to fall out by the time the celebration screen shows up.

I've always had my character bald, and I've run into a glitch where it actually gives me hair when I die.

Bit too harsh and insensitive.

 

I think the hair thing is funny and we should get a random hairstyle everytime, even styles from opposite genders or wigs which spin around to make that screen more comical. I remember playing a boxing game on my PSP, you could organise entrance fireworks and women before a fight and it was awesome, I remember the crap entrance was called second hand smoke.

Just kill yourself after spawning into a lobby to get it back, just like that game Persona where you summon demons by shooting yourself in the head....but you summon hair instead lol.
