Save Editor Question Firetruck/Ambulance

I am just getting used to the save editor, but can't figure out how to change the color of the fire truck or ambulance. I'd like to make different color for different liveries. When I change the color in the editor it doesnt change the actual color when I load the save.

 

Example: I'm trying to get a Yellow fire truck with black stripes

 

correction: the fire trucks lettering stripes change but not the primary color.

 

I just want them for pictures.. I Have NO INTENTION WHATSOEVER to bring them to MP, so no reason to be butthurt

 

Can the firetruck and ambulance not primary color not be changed?

Have you tried changing the pearlescent?

 

Also, can you show an image of your current result?

I think it only works with pearlescent...

same on police cars, the Black can't be changed with the Save Editor (not sure about hex)=/
