Okay why won't Rockstar let you create your own sleeve? For example, on the right arm why can't I have the topless mermaids tatt on my forearm & the Virgin Mary tatt on my upper arm? Why must it be one or the other? And why can't we move the tatts to different points on our arms/torso/legs?

Who cares about customizing them when most of them look like smeared sh*t anyway? They need to fix that.
