Toby's backstory

Toby was a young adult when his father, and famous racer died. The debts that his dad had not paid we carried onto Toby. Toby had to leave Vice City and move to San Andreas to escape his past. With little money and his father's Nissan Skyline GTR KGC10, he is determined to become the best street racer and live up to his father's name
