Where are all the older players?

I still turn on my PS2 for some good old fashion GTA III, GT3/GT4, or marching around in war torn Europe in COD1,2,and 3.

Sadly, I lost most of my main fighting games to my brother, he'll ask to borrow them and never bring them back

*Anyone know of a PS2 emulator? I need to get my Guilty Gear X on.

edit : forgot to add my Amiga to the loft list...Ahhh the hours wasted on that

A hacked PSP that's around 70$ can play every single Neo Geo and PC engine game.

amiga 500 I inherited from my big brother when he got his amiga 1200

 

I have fond memories of playing Indiana jones adventure game with like20 floppy disks lol

Thats AWESOME man. My mom was briefly into games and even introduced me to the Tomb Raider game series when i was 7 but she just doesn't like gaming but my dad is a different story lol.

32 coming from NES and bettings on arcade rooms... Wow, I miss skipping class back in 5th grade to battle on SF and MK!!!

Damn, even that makes me feel old, and I'm only 22.

I was king of Wangan Midnight in the arcade, no one could touch me in the Mazda Cosmo.

 

I still have my NES, SNES, N64, SEGA, Gamecube. I still even play them, freaking amazing.

I SEE you. Reppin it for the old school. I still got my Playstation 1. I love going back and playing it from time to time regardless of how dated & ugly the graphics are lol.

 

Hell yeah. I got all the old Mario Kart games and Donkey Kongs. Nothing like the old school stuff even with the nasty looking graphics. sh*t, I remember playing on my Atari and playing Pitfall. That game was amazing.

Me to .... I usually end up helping lower levels out when I'm friendless, rewarding....

 

I tend to be friendly and helpful by default, but I love mocking morons in game chat. It's a wonder some of the people playing the game can even manage to operate a controller. I've never wound up in Bad Sport/Cheater lobby, but apparently I've been reported so many times, no matter how many times I get commended I'm still paying $470 for Super Heavy armor. Such is life.

My friend had the green screen, Man it was rubbish lol, he ended up getting a rgb tv converter thing, but that made the Amstrad look terrible and you still had to use the built in Amstrad speaker... Ahhh memories

 

And man that colour monitor weighed a ton....Well it seemed like a ton at 12 odd years old....

I`m 21 and I don`t play online anymore until PC comes out, unless R* pulls out an awesome patch with possibility to own 3 properties, then I buy gold as soon as the patch hits me.

I had a 464 (then later a 6128) with green.

My parents took me to a club meeting where you could rent games, I rented a Simpsons game - *fist pump*

Level 1: Spraypaint everything that is purple FUUUUUUUUUuuuuuuuu

 

Did not get to level 2

 

(I actually collect and restore machines from the 80s now, our house is filled with them)
