My K/D is 5.83 which is legit and I still get the odd ''OMG hacker n00b'' messages.

Right im courious about that why they killing themselves after getting a kill, they dont go in pasive so whats the deal?

Yeah it's because they may have taken damage, their health bar is right low and so it would be far easier to be killed by the respawning player (who now has max health). I have only very rarely done that, but if loads of cops are shooting at me I sometimes allow them to kill me rather than die from a single shot from a player who rolls up to the chaos.

It was like 98.3 or something. It was a host of one of those "1,000,000 RP and $$$$" where you have to race to some platform then you just shoot explosives at the players trapped in some kind of pen so you just sit there and take it like a bitch unless you use your f*cking brain and rage quit

Broke the 10K/D mark today! I'm all legit too. Never dash boarded, used god mode, been in those 1,000,000RP deathmatches, nor have I done any other rigged tactics. I just fly the jet a lot. Been playing since day one on the 360 (I'm now transferred to xbox one) and have over 36 days played total. I'm a K/D purist:

ORIGINAL account since day one on the 360. Migrated to XB1. NO wall glitching, NO modding,NO god mode, No padding or cheating of any kind.

 

I have leveled up 2 characters. One to 135 and one to 88. I have been killed exactly 389 times by players between the 2 characters.

 

Yours may be higher. It may mot be. But the one thing that makes me proud about that stat is that its 100% as legit as it could possibly be. My ratio was that high when i migrated to XB1 long before the new super abusive passive mode and i have maintained it since despite the passive abuse

 

I truely hate the new passive. Unfortunately i am now sometimes forced to use it because people use it to get the upper hand on me and then come out at the opportune moment. So i combat passive with passive then people get mad and call me names. Hypocrites lol.

 

Perfect example would be 5 people trying to get to me to kill me the other night. After i killed each of them between 5 and 7 times they all went passive and swarmed me. Then sneaky ones tried to come out of passive and kill me from behind. So i went passive. Then they had the nerve to text me trash

 

If i could have 1 gta wish it would be old school passive mode lobbies on the xb1 or even passive free completely. But it will never happen

I have a friend who got a modded account for trolling, he got a 900,000 something kd. I have a pretty high legit kd of 7.11 (I'm really good with marksman rifles.)

anyway so KDR does have a small indication in the skill of a player, but i don't let that make my decision on who i play jobs with or not, they might not be able to shoot better than you in a heist but how are they are driving in a getaway situation? every player has strengths and weaknesses

Well I had a 2.40 KDR before I started using Jets, which I got into after the Sniping Tanks thing was patched, after which my KDR rose to a 3.30

 

Not that it matters, I could go around every session killing a bunch of scrubs by using anything to gain an upper hand and once that upper hand is lost I could leave and go onto the next unsuspecting session.

I have a legit k/d somewhere close to 3. That is just a little dot compared to some I've seen. I have seen people ranging from 7-18.

K/D's like that, and some lower are usually people who have paid for account editing services. The modders can edit almost anything, unlock tats, tints, adjust social club stats etc. I saw someones social club not too long ago that had 438k player kills, yet he barely had 9k kills total on all of weapons combined, and his K/D was like a 280.

The highest I've seen is a really high one somewhere in the thousands. It was someone I was playing a survival map with so I didn't actually get to see how good they were in player vs player. The person had really annoying music blaring out of their mic though so I had to mute them. The K/D ratio was so high I can only assume it wasn't legit. The next highest one I've seen was a 7. something or other which I think was legit as this was in a deathmatch and this individual in question managed to get quite a lot of kills without dying once. They didn't kill me though which I was quite pleased about.

 

Earlier on in the thread people were mentioning why anyone would bother checking out another players stats but this is something I do quite frequently, usually just for something to do while I'm waiting for a lobby to fill up. If it is a deathmatch lobby and I see someone with quite a high K/D I'll be extra wary of that player once the match begins if they are on the opposing team and approach them with caution.

I have no idea what mine is, in fact I didn't even notice it until I looked at the pics in this thread lol. I really couldn't give a sh*t, I'm in this game for FUN, not as some kinda extra job ffs! I mean when doing missions I take it seriously (most of the time) because a death means sitting on the bench until the others finish, which is just embarrassing, but how many times you die? Why should that even matter?

 

Does it count car collisions in comparison to how many vehicles you've passed safely too? lol

To all those with low k/d ratio... You suck, and you butt hurt. The interval way of measurement that makes up K/D ratio means that one person has killed more than they have died, which simply means that they are better at killing, or at not dying.

 

Having a low kill to death ratio, means you kill less and die more than people with high. Essentially, it means you SUCK.
