What's the highest player K/D ratio you've ever seen?

months ago i stumble upon a modder with a 800+ KDR, on recent days the highest i have seen is 78+ and yes its another modder!

On my side account I have a real 230k/d because I've taken down 230 people with my jet and have only been shot down once. It's a new account though and I only stay in my jet with it so I can't say it was done with traditional gameplay lol. I almost have a 6 k/d on my main account though and I've been using it legitimately on gta since it came out. I've seen a 26+ k/d but they used to have god mode so I can't say that counts.

I for one have a 4.6 k/d (slightly above average imo) on my second account simply from gun fights. I dont even own a tank (not high enough rank yet) or fly jets. So what would that tell you? I don't check my stats, because it's useless. But I am pretty sure I have way more deaths than kills because I do stupid sh*t. However, I get the job done in missions all the time. So you wouldn't permit me because of my K/D ratio? Good, I don't want to be robbing a bank with an idiot anyway.

How does "doing stupid sh*t" justify your sh*tty KD? You obviously get killed a lot by other players, thats why its like that.

But there's no way to determine whether a given player earned their K/DR via face-to-face gunfights in FR, from legit DM's or from jet/tank griefing or rigged DM's or just a save editor.

 

There is no indicator of the validity of someone's K/DR, ergo the stat cannot be relied upon as a gauge of their skill.

 

It's not a useless stat, tho; it's very useful - for Rockstar (one more thing for us to care about - the more we care, the more we play, and R* is looking for another billion dollars come November, so "as hooked as humanly possible" is how they want us).

 

Off-topic, aside from everything that RD Jr did, the Simple Jack gag was the funniest thing in that stellar movie.

I tend to see that people with a KD between 1.0 and 2.0 usually have better shooting skills that people with 5.0+ K/D's.

Meaningless stat. Mine's around 1.23 or so. Low, but I can actually hold my own in a gun fight!

Played a few missions with a level 200 guy in a flight suit a couple weeks ago with a k/d of over 20. He wasnt very good in missions though so I expect he was a good jet griefer.

I have a french guy on my list with a kd of about 1.8 and he messes up even the most hardcore freeroam griefers whenever he joins the session. Guy is a machine, one of the best Ive seen in freeroam in street battles. Another guy on my list is,over level 500, never dies in missions, hes a totall mission gronding pro and has a kd of .3 !. He never shoots at anyone ever outside missions.

legit no exploiting or cheating or picking on noobs? probably about 1.8 maybe, hard to tell, its too easy to cheat. saw one guy with a 25kd but he was clearly a cheating modder and i dont know if he just used god mode all the time or wrote that stat number in himself, but he was definitely not legit, lol! KD isnt a very accurate measurement of skill for this game and really only useful if you see someone much over 2, then you know they are cheaters/exploiters/tank or jet pussies/pick on noobs or do other non legit stat boosting stuff.

I have no problem with pilots and tank drives, but as soon as a player uses either for any time, the stat clearly becomes meaningless and any sense of superiority about it misplaced. If you are a pilot or tank user and don't have a high kdr you are doing something wrong and should really give it up. Then take in to account god modders, wall breachers and groups killing individuals. So what does it tell us? F*** all except R* added it because it's in other games and players look for it and very many LOVE IT.

i dont consider the current tank users to be too big of pussies anymore, it only takes 3-4 rockets or stickies to kill one and its not to difficult for a skilled player to do without dying more and 2-3 times which i think is pretty balanced, but if you used it back when it took 30 rockets and you died 40 times if you were dumb enough to stick around on foot trying to battle a tank and I saw people do it, lol! then your a noob ass pussy with no skills tank boy, learn to play right and stop being a little cheating bitch, the games more fun then,lol

Yeah, of course you are right about the tank nerf, but not everyone has RPG's. And you are doing really well to blow a tank with stickies alone, unless you car bomb it and that takes time. I still see low levels killed more than 2 or 3 times by tanks. They should use passive, but not everyone does.

Heck, I only have like 5 player kills with the Lazer, because I barely use it.

K/D means nothing yet some people take it as a stat that represents their entire real life.

 

Yesterday I had a 3v2 Freemode fight and whenever I had the player I was fighting trapped, wounded or in a fixed sniper position, he commited suicide.

 

At one point he spawned very far away and as I shot my first sniper bullet at him, he simply started running in S-turns, dodging my shots and then he just went behind a car and commited suicide. At another point I wounded him badly with my Combat MG. He was hiding behind a dumpster and guess what... (You know where this is going...)

 

These two were opsessed over their KD as I remember killing him once he screamed ''NOOOOO!!! You're f*cking up my KD!'' and they were american young adults raging around the age of 20.

 

 

 

My K/D isn't anything impressive as I've fought a lot of tanks before they were nerfed. Usually died about 5 times before I destroyed one. The b*tch is spawning in an open street once you die and before you know it, he's already aiming at you.

I remember in the early days of GTAO watching a bloke going around in a Buzzard killing everything he saw. The guy was awesome. His k/d was around 4ish.

I don't really see many go over 4 these days. I'm 1.55 (avg DM 1.15) and am put into lobbies with the same. To me that is all k/d ratio does; places you with other similarly skilled free roamers.

On my new account my level 13 k/d is 85.50.

 

I don't understand how players can have below 5.00 K/D in this type of game lmao.
