Freezing/cant load online ps3

Cant load gta online it freezes every time the orange loading circle appears.

I have tried everything I can find on gta forums and rockstar support.

it doesn't matter how I try to join online freeze every time.

 

Tried so far

• tried to join invite only, solo, crew, go, psn message, race/mission invites.
• content creator loads up, can load saved and published jobs and publish new jobs
• freeze trying to join online from content creator menu
• delete all updates
• delete all gta data
• unlink social club
• Rebuild database
• Full system reset
• install from different game disk.

 

can anybody think of something I have not tried?

story mode works fine just as soon as orange online loading circle appears game freeze

think i got a solution waiting for a reply from rockstar,

it because i used % in the decription for one of my races

If the issue is only happening on one of your character slots, and other characters or other console profiles are able to play without issue

If the first GTA Online load screen freezes completely (no sound, no animation, and no ability to access Xbox Home or the PS3 XMB): one possibility is that you have created a GTA Online mission using the Creator, and the description has unsupported characters such as "%". We are investigating this issue now. If you know that you have a mission with a "%" sign in the description, and you would like us to delete it for you, Submit a Request from the email associated with your Social Club account be sure to provide:
1.Console (Xbox 360 or PS3)
2.Your Gamertag or PSN ID (must be linked to the Social Club account that has the same email address you use to submit the Support request)
3.The name of the mission that contains the "%" character
4.A sentence letting us know that you would like us to delete the mission

After the mission with the "%" in the description is deleted, you should then be able to enter GTA Online again.
