Bug Or Some Type of Easter Egg?

Unfortunately I was unable to pinpoint where this happened, I know it's somewhere in Pacific Bluffs though that's about it. I had never gotten around to putting a point of interest on it, so if you want to go looking for it you might have a tough time. Anyways, what the hell do you think this is? I assume it's a graphical bug, but I can't ever be too sure with Rockstar you know? I'm not posting this in troubleshooting because this isn't necessarily obstructing the game, it's just...strange.

I actually tried to do the old "Go into mission, exit mission." trick to glitch into the building's (hopefully existent) interior in hopes of finding a UFO and becoming the Sherlock Holmes of GTA, but no such luck.

Nah, it's just a little "hole" in the map that the developers overlooked. There's another "hole" that I found near Grove St., as well.

I once glitched into one of the building at Zancudo, using the content creator. If you look at the right angle, you can see your screen in other colors, like red and such.

I've seen that when looking up the slopes of one of the open sewers. It appeared along the upper edge of the slope.
