Any ENBs for low-end computers?

I am looking for an ENB that would not take away 10-25 FPS from my current performance,i've tried a few already.

I'm looking for something that only adds car reflections,and works perfectly for patch 1.0.7.0.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
