Idiots deserve full console ban (GTA ban at a minimum). If it was freely available, what would be the point of playing at all... Only way around them (that I know of) is to drive a tank on them & park it. Won't kill 'em, but they're goin' nowhere.

 

Another way is to record & report them with video evidence. Just use your phone to record what's happening (doesn't have to be Youtube quality) & get it to R*. I am sure once they realise they're being taped (tell them freely), they'll bolt from the session. If they don't believe you, play the sound from the recording back to them over the mic... I'm sure they'll get the picture...!

 

R*... We need a big-arse Anti-God-Mode gun (& another garage each)...

I like using it because I can't die from falls and the cops. I've used it for pvp once but It didn't feel right. I haven't used it since.

I just use zentorno,then glitcher destroy my car 20 times and I report him few times,he get bad sport and this is not God mode,this is pussy mode

It's no great fun dying in this game. But, if I was so terrified of my character getting killed in a video game that it had to be invincible for me to play it. I would remove the disk, sell on ebay and use the money to start getting the help I needed.

I reported yesterday two god mode glitchers . They were laughing when killing me and now those assholes are banned forever because I told rockstar they're "modders". I hope they got console ban too.

I did it with friends to have fun in public lobbies and we didnt kill anyone. Then some guy tried to kill us (we didnt kill him) and then he reported us because he couldnt kill us..

I used to do this glitch but only against cops and to do cool stunts without dying.

 

The moment griefers tried to hunt me and kill me, the reports started to come in. Plus downgrading my 10 car garage of my sports and super cars, was a bummer.

 

So after a week of god mode fun (non destructive), I bought my 10 car garage back and quit the glitch.

 

Just learned to laugh at griefers and just switch lobbies if it get out of hand. It's not worth being reported and console suspended for 2 weeks.

 

Btw that is what happen after you been reported on Rockstar support page. Friend of mine was being an asz with this glitch and can't access GTA Online for 2 weeks.

It was two godmodes in a chrome maverick that tipped me over the edge. I have become what I hate most. I only used it in that session and when they left I killed myself to end it. Using the glitch to kill others who used it to kill regular players - meh - not really a problem.

today i encountered a player using god mode!

i was at the sandy shores airfield and i saw that he had a bounty, so i sttopped my manana hardtop, i fired on him at close range with my mg, it didn't put a dent in his health but he killed me, i later encountered him again near ls on the traintracks and pretty much fired everything i had at him, (rpg's, sniper rifle, etc) and i hit him but it still didn't put a dent in him so i voted to kick him and reported him for using exploits. he later invited me for a party chat, i declined.

I made a mockery of your poll for the same reason you use the god mode glitch. To ruin other peoples experience.

 

There is no reason to use it that doesn't make you an asshole. Even pve. Also your many attempts throughout many threads to defend this glitch and just generally be a heel, make you an even bigger asshole than the glitch does.

I've used it, but never to troll others, I used it to throw my character down Mount Chilliad, it was hillarious just watching him tumble down without dying

 

If someone decides to start a war with me while using it then I disable it and fight fairly, because I'm not an asshole who uses it to gain an unfair advantage.
