Nothing could be more pointless.

1. Any handgun more powerful than the AP Pistol would be overpowered (wasn't the AP PIstol even nerfed?).
2. Any handgun less powerful than the AP Pistol is pointless.
3. There are already too many handguns.

Well okay, but I'm going for the general assumption that most people like the guns that kill other people the easiest.

 

I do in an everyday pvp but against npcs I like to vary what I use

Unfortunately, the AP pistol renders every other pistol, as well as the micro SMG completely obsolete. It has ridiculous accuracy for what is supposed to be the fastest firing weapon in the game (besides the minigun).

 

Of course, instead of adding an extra pistol they could just just re-skin the combat pistol as a Glock 22.

It shoots shotgun SHELLS. They can be buck, bird or slug shot. It is also capable of firing handgun rounds. However, the gun is all around sh*tty with terrible accuracy. The .410 shotgun shells have absolutely no power or accuracy from a barrel that short. You'd do better to just have a normal handgun that doesn't rely on a gimmick for popularity.
