I was in a free roam lobby with around 12 other people. I went up to a few guys. They were just walking around. What I didn't realize was that one of them was giving the others money. I walked up to them. He did a Facepalm taunt, and then gave me ten million, which isn't a lot, as many of you say, but R* will probably remove ALL of my money, even the legit cash. Keep in mind that I was a broke hobo before this.

This does not mean the billionaire days are back. There are a few members in my crew who can do the same thing, they just have modded consoles and such. Not everyone and their mother is running around on a DNS server giving 2-billion at a time, like during the billionaire days.
