will Rockstar fix the snapmatic issue?

Could be like the glitch where players couldn't put emblems on their hoodie or leather jacket where it affects 1% of GTAO players and likely won't get fixed.

R* has already addressed this issue many times, If you are under 18 or you have set your age to where it shows you are under 18 you won't be able to use your Snapmatic.

Is your birthday the same as the one set on the SC? Even if you changed your b'day afterwards, it wouldn't work.

 

Don't blame everyone else for something that solely lies with a feature on the SC.

I do wonder weather this problem is at rockstars end or with the information that they are being sent from xbox live, check you live account settings as well.
