That doesn't make them unique. They'd be unique if they didn't all have the same mods or didn't have dedicated spawns. Its not unique if everyone can find them in mass with ease. And no I'm not confusing unique with rare.

The definition of unique is one of a kind. Let's set aside for a second, the fact that it's impossible to have something one of a kind in a digital world where the code can be easily replicated. As far as the vehicle itself being unique; it isn't because they will always (unless R* makes a change) spawn for everyone in the same locations. As far as the mods being unique; they aren't either, all mods on them can be applied at LSC. Let's also address the fact that there's 5 different vehicles in 4 colors each.

 

Unique: no

Different from the norm (average vehicle find scenario): yes

Cool/special: debatable but I say yes

Those are gang tornadoes, I got bored of selling them for money in free roam since there's nothing else to do in free roam. Which is why I stopped playing because there is nothing to freaking do.
