OT: Those are 'Gang/Special Cars' OP. I can't tell what vehicles spawn other than the Peyote and Tornado. the Tornado comes with the colors you just mentioned, while the Peyote comes with an unique Dark Matte Red. both of these cars net 12k.

 

As somebody will/has already say, these spawn in Cypress Hills, right next to the purchasable garage down there.

I have found that car before in the industrial area. Beautiful car!!! If I recall correctly, depending on what specific car you drive (hardtop tornado, Tornado Convertible, etc) will determine what car spawns for you. There is the green, a red, and a silver gang cars that spawn in the industrial area. The blue cars are supposedly affiliated with the Aztecas. I've seen a lot of different gang cars but never any with Dollar sign rims. Are you sure someone else in the lobby didn't find the car first, put the rims on it, and abandon it. I'm not calling you a liar I just find the wheels on the car questionable

I found a Vapid Bullet GT being driven around by an NPC right when i spawned into a session but when I stole it LS Customs wouldn't even let me inside and it said something like I could purchase high end vehicles on the Motorsports website or whatever

somebody did. heard the billionaire days were making a comeback. people used to do that all the time back then. here is a free butt ugly car all fixed up for who ever wants it.

 

there used to be upgraded cars hidden around the city. just like there used to be melee weapons you could pick up. I thought rockstar patched out both of those options months ago. or at least I haven't seen any since last year.

I've seen this in SP parked on Grove Street, with everything the same (not sure of the plate). I'm pretty sure that these are, indeed gang vehicles.

Why I think it's fake:

1. He states that he thought it was a player vehicle yet was surprised when he found out. But he was taking pictures from the start?

 

2. Why didn't he smash the window when he got in? It's there on the second picture. You ALWAYS smash the window when getting in a empty civilian car for the first time.

 

3. How come the car didn't despawn? He goes into Customs. He visibly moves them both far away from each other. Both of these would have despawned a civilian vehicle. He is not alone or both cars were personal vehicles to different players at this time.

 

4. Gang version of that car has the retro hood customization. It's not a gang car.

 

5. He took the picture of his garage list rather quick after finding the car. Look at the shadow for timing. Judging from GTA's fast time, if he had driven to Customs and back to find out it was default, more time would have passed.

3. He grabs the one he found and drove it into LSC, he didn't drive his PV in. Why would it despawn?

you can easily identify these gang cars because of the black window tint and the gold rims which they all have!

That doesn't make them unique. They'd be unique if they didn't all have the same mods or didn't have dedicated spawns. Its not unique if everyone can find them in mass with ease. And no I'm not confusing unique with rare.
