I've found a customized NPC car on the street

Some people may come here and say "gtfo" or "fake" but please don't do it please.Really,this is not fake and I took these photos with my Ipod in order to show it with all details.I don't like trolling or things like that and I would not waste my time to make something long/stupid like this

 

I was going to the Ammu Nation and saw this random Tornado while I was driving my Tornado and stopped there because I liked the color.Wheels were customized like exhaust and windows.First,I thought it had an owner but I could get in.I drove it to the nearest LSC and they opened the door for me,I was surprised because until this point,I thought the car had an owner and he/her set the personal vehicle option to "Everyone".I got in and took these photos (You can easily notice my Tornado next to the random one) :

 

 

 

 

 

 

Despite all these visual customizations,the car's price was still 12.575$ as you can see.It hadn't any engine,transmission etc upgrades.

 

So that you see more proofs,I took these photos after driving this Tornado to where I parked mine:

I'm really surprised and I'm not joking,believe me.I didn't use this car,just left it without making any upgrades on it.

 

I would like to know if any of you have seen a customized NPC car before?

Scratch that....

 

I bet all you did was customize them and not add the insurance, drive them back out.. and take pictures.

All you did was change the gang vehicles' colors and call it ~rare customized NPC car~

 

Also lol'd at the iPhone comment. If you really wanted the most details you should have used a digital camera.

Actually it's just a non gang affiliated gang vehicle. NPCs drive them around the docks and the ammunation with range in that area

It's one of the "gang lowriders" that isn't necessarily tied to a certain gang. They spawn in certain areas when you are driving a car of the same type (Tornado, Peyote, Buccaneer, etc.).

You'll notice a lot of them if you drive around the Ballas/Vagos territories in a Tornado more often. But this is nothing new, sorry to say.

I found that tornado several times on singleplayer driving near groove street, on mp i saw it only 1 or 2 times.

In addition to the various 'gang cars' there's also a Sentinel found around Rockford Hills that has a red roof and it sells for 9.5k instead of the usual 7k. Not much diff but anyways.

I've noticed that the solid gold "paint job" spawns on npc cars rarely (not actually all that rare Imo), I've seen it on some funny cars, like bog standard sedans and primos etc!

what should I do to prove it?I bet you would do this but I'm not that type of player.I was going to the LSC which is near the docks where simeon wants cars.There is a small turn to left where there are few trailers inside,between buildings,I've found this car there.And I'm surprised because that's the first time I see a customized car without any owner on the street

I find it by the oil rigs often

and have em in my characters garage.

great for lower levels who want a quick sale or a pre customized ride.

I always change the wheels in em, as the ones they picked are fugly..

OP they're just gang cars, about 20 different variants spawn. Like some stated above, across from the south shambles garage, over on grove st near the liquor store, the vagos gang attack where there's a death match. I have a garage full on my 2nd character and can help people find these if they need

These cars EXIST. It's a gang car with no specific gang affiliation, I've seen them and there was even a thread about it.
