gta iv evolution 2014 desperate help!

hey i have downloaded gta iv eEvolution 2014 on my pc and i followed everything and it doesn't work i mean it doesn't start (it brings a black screen for a second and then goes back to windows) my pc specs are:

 

processor:Intel®Pentium® CPU G2030 @ 3.00GHz

RAM:2.00 GB (1.88 GB usable)

system type: 32 bit

 

my pc name is hp W1972a

which compatibility mode should i run gta iv plz help i really wanna play this game!!! :facedesk:
