For free roam drifting and fun factor: Phoenix

Motorcycle stunting and even offroading: Nemesis (still haven't been able to land on the top of the halfpipe on any other motorcycle)

For cruisin like Dr Dre: Voodoo

Karin sultan for the best performance 4 door, 4 door felon if you want to have some sort of high end style with it, fusilade for being the best performing car probably, sandking xl for its offroad capability and the fact its the only 4 door that can have a bullet proof back and the fact its the bigget vehicle you can store.

further then that, everyone shoud have a bike in their garage i think...just saying

Not counting Elegy, as it isn't steal able:

 

1. Sultan (as fast as Felon with cheaper insurance/upgrades)

2. F260 (fast, good looking, classy)

3. Schwartzer (fast, good looking, nice upgrades, great drifter)

4. Dominator (good performance/looks, excellent drifter)

5. Zion (good looks/performance, very under appreciated car)

6. Tailgater (good performance sedan, good looking, lots of mods)

7. Schafter (same story as Tailgater, although I prefer the former)

8. Oracle 1 or 2 (good looking, great performance 4-door, I prefer Oracle 1 personally)

9. Sabre GT (great looks/sound, good performance, lots of mods, one of my personal top 5 cars in game)

 

Bodhi isn't steal able anymore from that mission, or I would've put it as #4

If we're talking about cars you can steal off the street, then the Schafter. It's the best car in the sedans class.

I'm going to throw in the merryweather mesa. Call the mercs on someone (favor can be returned) and steal the mesa when the mercs are dead.

 

It's a personal fave, but not everyone's.

That particular shafter is THE best car in the sedans class as other racers are blinded and crash or drive away in fear and an attempt to maintain their sanity.
