I seem to recall reading somewhere recently that the data or model for it is already in the game. If anyone should happen to want to duplicate Tracey's Issi from story mode, here's how. Hers is Metallic Yellow primary with Black pearlescent and Shadow Silver secondary. Her license plate is blue on white 2, and says "P3RSEUS". Note that because the game cannot center an odd number of characters on a license plate, there will be a blank space at the end, and the letters will appear shifted to the left side of the plate. This is normal (for the game, anyway) and is how hers actually appears. As with most other non-protagonist story mode cars, hers is all stock.
