I wanna see another Area 69, like we had in San Andreas with the Jetpack. I know this won't come out in 1.17, but it would be great to see again after all these years. Maybe when Rockstar start bringing out DLC for the PS4/Xbox One we can see more elaborate stuff coming out. With a huge expanse of desert, I'm sure it's possible to pop one of these in somewhere

Everything is crammed up in the grand Sonora desert. The advertisement on the radio says "come live where nothing is there" when in reality that desert is so small you can see the highway throughout it.

Good thinking, I would definitely like to see more done with Fort Zancudo. Such an interesting area going to waste at the moment.

Well thats speculation but yeah I would be very surprised if it did come any date before or after that. But I just want them to come out with heists. At least then everyone would of got what they wanted

...or they could place a secret entrance or tunnel into the side of Mount Chiliad, just like they have in the United States, and the Alamo Sea could be Groom Lake with an underground tunnel leading to Fort Zancudo. With UFO sightings on the top of Mount Chiliad, it would be perfect to include this in somewhere. Just imagine the toys they could include in this secret underground base as a DLC, Jetpack could be just the start! If you ask me, they need someone with better ideas working for Rockstar, and they need to acknowledge posts like this.

Now that would be awesome and yes, we do need people at R* that can actually think big like we do. R* just bring out all these little crappy DLC's. If this were to come in a paid DLC I would buy it straight away. I wonder if they will do something like this for next gen.

It's definitely unexplored territory Rockstar could explore. They really need to make it so we can camp out etc, with enterable RV's. This has really been a long time coming. Like they say, it's the little things that make a big difference. I fear though that they don't go out of their way to make huge DLC's because they have always released them for free. If they could release something like this for a price, I think they would seriously consider it, that way it would be worth their time etc. Just my two cents.

I have had an idea for a while now that maybe they could base a heist on it. Like you have to steal some secret tech but im not sure R* has put that much effort into heists. To me at the minute they just look like normal missions. And so far it looks like we are only getting two heists. FIB and Ornate Bank

Well I just thought of something regarding that whole "zombies in GTA V" thing...

 

So we know recently that Rockstar has presumably said that GTA Online won't be playable in update 1.17 with a small memory PS3...

That is a sign that the update they're planning may be a large one, which is plausible because the time from the 1.15 patch to the 1.16 patch was a bit of a while.

Now, assuming they were also working on other things during that month period, it is plausible to assume that Rockstar could have used half the time for flight school (whic was why tthe patch was so small content wise...), and used the rest of that time + now working on zombies.

 

Of course, something more reasonable is that they are warning players because the next patch is heists (lol) and since it might take up a good chunk of memory, that's why it might kill those puny PS3s.

So, why not? There's a chance for the games to be better. Maybe you won't see Cash Card crap anymore in the next GTA Online.

A company like Activision makes enough money through other products that they wouldn't feel the need to milk every last penny out of the Grand Theft Auto series.

 

 

That, and if it hasn't become apparent to you, Rockstar needs an administrative overhaul. They have some of the best creative guys in the business, but they suck as a company. They have no organization and poor worker morale, hence all the delays and other issues that consumers like us are beginning to recognize as traits of the company. This could be a good thing.

 

 

As long as it isn't EA (who would absolutely destroy the franchise), I think we are good.

You are stupid as sh*t.. Activision is as bad as EA. Cash cards are STILL gonna be here. The difference will be we dont get awesome RStar games every 3 to 4 years, we get sh*tty activision rStar games every year! And all of our Favorite IPs get to be used until the point of over saturation, then they're gonna make Movies out of those IPs.

 

Long story short, this is how industries DIE, big business buys up everything. The loser is very easily us.
