And that's the only spot for storing planes in singleplayer for Trevor.

they never said in the hanger, they said Trevor's airfield Go watch the video, he said in the hangar at Trevor's airfield. It can't spawn anywhere else in singleplayer except for the hangar because the Titan spawn point doesn't exist in singleplayer. Edited August 18, 2014 by Apex Predator

Wow I woke up to this info, I speculate the hydra/Hunter will be a surprise, why? Because r* never tells/shows everything.

Here comes some speculation combining Flight School, Achievement Unlockables, and micro-transactions:

 

Flight School DLC will have an actual Flight School offering both Plane and Helicopter branches of instruction. With a graduated course where you pay for lessons at each level and in the end unlocking the Hunter for Helicopters and the Hydra for Planes (which you still must purchase). Clothes will be unlockable also based on your progression in Flight School.

 

Who wouldn't want their Coquette 2 parked outside the ready room to show everyone they are in training!

But then again, why wouldn't they show the Hydra and the Hunter if they were there? They never made such surprises in updates, generally what they show on the newswire is what you get.

It would be very surprising if Rockstar excluded the two most desirable aircraft from the trailer and then released them.

The description which has been revealed mentions nothing about the houses. All the new content we're getting has been mentioned.

The stuff they haven't mentioned will be updates to the current game.
