Is this official or are you pulling this outta your ass? I know people will ask them about the NG/PC version, but they're probably gonna answer with the good 'o "We've not released any information about that yet."

These Companies cant live without them Money Makers or aka "Greatest Assets".

OT:I cant wait to hear what they are going to say, them stocks are going to go up :p

Please keep it on-topic, this is not the place to talk about each company's greatest franchises.

Thank you for providing the link, for some reason my ability to paste anything is not working, or I am getting too old and dumb....

The part with Zelnick and the conference is not being pulled out of my buttocks, Zelnick talking about the PC/This Gen systems will be Quoted as such, "We will have more information on that soon, Or, "The GTAV versions on the PC, Xbox one, and PS4, are slated for our Fall 2014 lineup" Thus means end of August it'll be delayed till March 2015.... :)

Zelnick will say GTAV has now shipped, 40 million, with DLC on the way, and thus another 10 million shipped with PC/ThisGen(My prediction)

Another quote to look for will be the all too famous, "We have a robust lineup for our Fiscal 2015-2016 Lineup" including a new IP by the end of March 2015" (Pushed back till October 2015)

In the Q and A session, Zelnick will dodge the infamous release date of This gen/PC GTAV, which will be announced middle of August 2014(Gamescon) If not, it means its delayed to the infamous March 2015 date...

Lonnie will talk about some great new titles coming our way in Fiscal 15-16.... Carl will take a question on "Agent" which will be replied to as, "Coming Soon"

During the last conference, Take-Two has said that Rockstar needs to provide 45% of their overall revenue. The deadline is March 2015. So the new versions of V basically NEED to release this Fall to hit that high of a percentage in terms of sales.

A delay into 2015 seems like a lost cause to me.

No way will GTA V be delayed to 2015, especially for PC, because no one is going to wait any longer for that game. This time around, it's gonna take them a long time for them to sell a sh*tload of copies and will continue to do so for the PC if they stick to their plan for fall 2014.

As for 2015, the new IP is going to be Agent. The other games later on in late 2015/early 2016 is going to be the next read dead, bioshock, NBA and etc.

There will be no info about nor GTA 5 on PC nor any T2's games. This conference is only about finance report and nothing else.

I hope Kyle Brandon from Smokin' Joe's makes an appearance so he can finally get his question properly answered. ;)

I think you guys know very well that these kinds of posts contribute nothing to the topic at hand, and that replying to them results in even more off-topicness. Removed them now; don't do it again, please.

Thanks.

But if those posts DO happen again, can I say "I told you so"?

They have a Q&A with shareholders, here and there they're asked about something that interests us.

why do you even bother with these unless of course you're actually interested in all the financial sh*t.

they aren't gonna come out and say "the pc/ng versions will be out [insert specific date]. the pc will have these exclusive features and the ng versions will run at 1080p with a solid 30fps!" it'll be the usual "rockstar intend to release the previously announce version of GTA V at some point in fall in Q4" or some sh*t like that which is what we already know.and if someone asks about something they'll just say "we haven't announced that yet" "we'll let rockstar deal with that on their own". we'll get nothing new. just like ever other one that has come and gone.

I think that although you won't get a release date, if you listen closely to the wording you can gather some information on your own as to what the planned release of V will be on PC/This Gen.

Perhaps even hearing the fall 2014 again here in August is a great sign from Zelnick and company. Also if they mention a new ip or franchise sequel expected for March 15, that means V for Fall even more so, but gives a better insight into the timeframe of things.

I'm not counting on a release date dropping via conference call. Has anything gta related EVER been dropped at a call? I don't think so. Don't get your hopes up guys.

Nah. We aren't getting anything in terms of announcements, obviously. However, we can always read in-between the lines and over-analyze the sh*t out of everything they say during the conference.

The reason why we looked forward to the calls in the past is that usually something big Take-Two related tended to be announced in the week leading up to it, so shareholders know there's something to look forward to in the next financial quarter. The problem is that, with V's continued success, there's not as much need for this as there was before it's release (since the big announcements were usually made to take the sting out of the relatively poor financial performance Take-Two suffer from when a new GTA isn't out).

In short, if they need to refer to the next-gen/PC version in the call, then the release date could be announced in the next 24 hours. If it isn't, they'll probably just stick to the general Fall release window when they refer to it.

Sorry for asking, how many hours 'til the conference? I know it's 4.30pm in NY, so it will be late evening in Central Europe right?!

because like all previous financial conference calls we get nothing new. it's about the finances of the company not about releasing new information to the fans of the studios that TakeTwo owns. I mean, MAYBE, if you read real carefully into some things you MIGHT get a slight idea of what could possibly happen but 99.9% it's just a waste of time listening to these calls. They are for shareholders/investors etc.

GTA V Is On PC

Well that's today, so maybe we will see something big this week.

They might have been waiting to announce something, and this could be our opportunity to hear some news about the game. They sometimes make conference calls like this, then announce something bigger later in the week.
