Does anyone know if R* is gonna release the android version?

Right now you can either play it on your PSP, DS or you can use an iOS or PSP emulator (I recommend, PSSPP Plus).

You'll need a good android phone to play it if they release it. I had GTA 3 on my Sony and it lagged so much.

Yeah, I know.

I tried playing it on my android phone with PPSSPP Gold Emulator, but it lagged too much.

GTAIII is running fine for me though.

I don't think they would release another chinatown version just for Android... but I cannot know :) (would be nice, though! .. Since I have an S4 myself, too! :D)

i would love it if the released an android version. i probably wouldn't be able to run it on my older galaxy tab, but possibly on my newer phone. i'm already thinking of getting SA on my phone, but killing your phone batt just to really enjoy a gta kinda sucks. :p

I have it on PSP so I don't worry about my phone not being good enough.

Hating the game... Only theme song I like, the game is a piece of sh*t, like GTA Advance. I hope it will not come to Android. Even GTA 2 would be cool to come there, just no GTA CTW on Android

You can play CTW with ppsspp on android, but I think they don't release it for android. Maybe LCS.

I think,CW it will be let out on Android. If Ios the version goes even on Iphone 2g from 128 mb RAM, on any budgetary smartphone game will depart. On 4pda written:

Rockstar Games started developing the games GTA: Liberty City Stories and GTA:Chinatown Wars quarter for the Android platform. It is testified passed information on the contract with WarDrums Studio which will have to keep games in a front rack on a mobile platform. Time defined in the contract, "December 2014" that means that game will be let out about a January-February 2015. it should be noted that the game GTA: Clockwise already well for IOS, and its emergence on Android was only a question of the closest time. But GTA: LCS, as usual, will be calculated by its decade and there will arrive (according to the contract), Android, Windows and Sony PS Vita Phone. As for GTA: Progress, then it remains exclusive to Gameboy. Obviously, the developer doesn't want to let out behind a mask of new game with outdated two-dimensional graphics.

We saw Android ports to all the other GTA III main games. Whereas this only had an iBrickOS port.

Will Rockstar ever consider porting Chinatown Wars to Android? Or are we stuck with buying the iBricks?

For now, just use PPSSPP.

A native Android version is still better than emulating the game.

So, how do you think will it perform on a Galaxy Win/Grand Quattro? Its a 1.2GHz quad core, 1GB RAM and Adreno 203. I think it performed poorly for heavy parts in Assassin's Creed Bloodlines but I think its just because its a 3D game.

The game is going to look better on bigger Android screens and could utilize a folder dedicated to importing your music into the game, while at the same time not very tasking for any Android phone you can get today. Why doesn't Rockstar see an opportunity in making people play more of their games?

I have similar specs to you and it runs fine. It drops below 30 FPS sometimes but the overall experience is generally playable.

Ahh thanks... was really looking forward to CTW. Do you know anything about VCS coming to mobile phones/ps vita?

I have it on PSP so I don't worry about my phone not being good enough.

Yahh, I have it on my PSP as well, but the thing is that my PSP is kinda broken. And I'm not paying 100-something bucks for a console just to play 2 or 3 games. That's the main reason I am waiting for CTW, LCS and VCS to be released on mobile phones.

If they can get GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas on Android, I'm sure they can get an Android port of a DS game.

Besides, Android for life.

Not to mention that Chinatown Wars is already out on iOS
