Unless youve completed all the missions complete a load of missions in a row without failing, getting busted, getting wasted. Also shooting police and getting a nasty wanted level, stealing a tank causing a riot and painting the streets red ( with blood duh ) helps for me. faustianbargain Posted January 7, 2003 Share Posted January 7, 2003 Spawning car cheets subtract 1,000 points from your criminal rating. Shooting a helicopter adds 30points. Getting money adds, losing or spending money subtracts. Criminal rating has no effect on getting 100% Shooting a dead body constantly will a manual machine gun will also make criminal rating go up.
