Couldn't this mean an update tommorow/this week? Why have another Independence Day event in the beginning of August?

Nope. So... point still stands. Why have a new Double XP weekend if there's nothing new coming until after it?

The fact they posted a picture of the Modded Liberator proves they are the one behind all this horrible cheating. I cant even enjoy freemode until the next update, and still have to hope that corrects a few issues.

 

I think Im going to pass on XB1/PS4 GTA V, $525 is too much to play a game they cant get out of beta, I rather play on the PS3 crap ass servers for free.

If you tend to just go in random lobies, no.

 

If you play with crew/friends and like to do stupid sh*t, yes.
