punkrockdude Posted January 5, 2003 Share Posted January 5, 2003 hi , i'm planning to send rockstar an e-mail , with features that defenately should be in the next game, i'm gonna post my e-mail here. i would like you guys/girls to post ur nick if u agree , and want me to include your nickname in the e-mail if u have any suggestions (i'm not entering other features, unless their really good or i just forgot it ) the lettre: dear Rockstar team, First of all I would like to tell you GTA: Vice city is my favorite game , actually, the whole GTA-series has been my favorite since GTA1 came out. I think the Team at rockstar is doing a great job, but I still miss some things in the game, which i really would like to see in the next one. Those things include: -there was a great storyline in GTA:vice city, but i think it was a little short, i hope more missions wil actually be included in the storyline (this doesn't mean there can't be side missions , because I like them too ) -detachable trailers for trucks, like you had in GTA2: 2 sorts of trailers , open and closed, and the ability to place cars and bikes on them -detachable trailers for cars, also with that ability -ATV's , I own one myself, and I have to say , they rock -jetskis if there is water, snowscooters if there is snow -bikes with sidespans -the ability to enter vans from the back door , maybe even the ability to put bikes in the back of vans -one last thing: more planes, at least one for water and one for land -the ability to do tricks : on bikes: front- and backflips in an airplane: looping and barrel roll -the ability to carry all weapons at the same time, because causing chaos with a minigun and not being able to knock down heli's with a rocket launcher is kinda annoying -music on foot, maybe a walkman? jonnyo Posted January 6, 2003 Share Posted January 6, 2003 all the stuff sound cool add my name. i think it should have is push bikes and the birds eye view cos thats how GTA started, i miss that in gta VC, wot bout a place were you can do up your cars and bikes to make them look good and go faster? bikes with side carts that would be good. cant think off any think eles. part from the skate boreds? i dont like that idear wot would tommy or who ever it is b skatbording at 30 odd?? maybe a skatpark were you can see people skating and stuff, but other wise its getting like tony hawks,and not bing GTA. hay if R* reply Post it on here so we can all see what they have to say. And i think they should have regular bikes too, like mountain bikes and BMX bikes (my favorite, as i am a BMX'r myself). And skateboards may be pushing it, not that i have anything against them since i used to skate ( did it for 3 years only to figure out that i sucked at it.). Oh, and how about seasonal changes like transitions between winter, spring,summer, and fall...with, of course, the appropriate weather effects. As for add-ons to the list, one I've seen on these boards before and thought was a great idea was a walkman so you could keep listening to the radio without needing a car. Not long ago I posted in a topic explaining that this had been done for Vice city and no reply was given in the form of an E-mail or in the game itself. They add things to the game they think we will like not what we think we'll like. I had few othew ideas though: Lazlow hosting chatterbox again. More sea activity. Set in modern day with modern music. Top down veiw back again. More missions. Better cop A.I (I know said they have inproved but you can start a war on top of those ships at the docks and none of the cops/fbi/army and get you. Helicopters can fly higher so you can land on any building. Each time it changes seasons there will be different missions like on winter the missions will be totally different than summer. And, like said before, destructable/enterable buildings, and the game remembering damage done to vehicles and the surrounding, so you can blow up a street, move on and when you come back; it's still there.
