The GTA V Map to SA could actually be possible if SALA is working in all aspect. Huge times :)

I vaguely remember one or two VC buildings go over SA's col limit(s) and cause crashes *cough little-haiti cough*

Is ID limit hacked? I am also working on this

But when I change related 20000 numbers, the game will crash when loading.

 

I have to do a big debugging.

 

ID limit isn't hacked. they got around it by removing the LODs and useless objects freeing up about 7000+ Id's

 

I would continue your hacks, least we know someone is working on them as I have not had any intel about anyone else doing this.

ID limit isn't hacked. they got around it by removing the LODs and useless objects freeing up about 7000+ Id's

 

I would continue your hacks, least we know someone is working on them as I have not had any intel about anyone else doing this.

 

NTA didn't remove the LOD's..

I wonder why didn't you started putting Liberty City first before Vice. There is alots of people who wanted an added Liberty City, without replacing the San Andreas map. And by the way, the mission Saint's Marco's Bistro could be extended, like in the beta where CJ was supposed to chase Marco Forelli around Portland.

That's a simple a question and there's a simple answer.

Not only 20000 limit.

... why are you stating such as if it's not possible? I relocated all those streaming indices and now have ~40000 model indices available, although only 32768 will work without further fixing of signed/unsigned differences.

 

Also one of my screenshots (in fact, the one in the initial topic post) clearly (I even highlighted this line) shows a VC ide/ipl with a model index over 20000. I'll be glad to make your modification's intended ports to SA/IV useless (outside of the will-never-be-done 'remodeling of everything') as you're just, well, yeah...

I wonder why didn't you started putting Liberty City first before Vice. There is alots of people who wanted an added Liberty City, without replacing the San Andreas map. I already had a VC map toolset prepared from some ancient experiments, that's why.

So let me get is streight. You are officially saying that you have extended the maps size limit and the ID limit and the game still works? Is it now possible to extended SA with LC and VC and keep the original IDEs and IPLs with the original LODs? If so, then the full SA game with all missions and mods would still be playable---is that correct?
