Start the Survival 'Sandy Survival' and once you finish it or exit it, Either should work, You will spawn in Sandy Shores and you should see a Sultan within the next few minutes.

It's how I got mine. If you don't find it after quitting the Survival check the prizon parking lot they normally spawn in bulk there.

Good luck.

If you're on PSN let me know your ID and I'll invite you to a game and give you one. They spawn for me all the time.

Go to La Mesa, near the LSC. I see a lot of them there.

All else fails: Play 6 things of RR and you'll have it in an artichoke heartbeat.

Roronoa Zoro

Easy method:

Set spawn to "last location", go to prison parkig lot, if there are no sultans go to find new session, rinse repeat. If no cars at all drive away and back, if no sultans find new session. Should take under 5 mins to find one, immediatly put a tracker on it.

Commander S

Another good place is between the easternmost branch of Los Santos Customs, and the Import/Export docks/garages - helps if it's daytime, and you're driving a Premier. Done it a few times, and you get Sultans popping out of the woodwork like they're going out of style...

Edit -

My tip is to inherently know and recognize one when you see one driving past you.

You've probably passed several and not realized it.

Go to the prison and change spawn location to last location. Then hop sessions till you find one.

A lot of people don't know that the parking lot at Bolingbroke Prison spawns Karin vehicles almost exclusively!

Get a helicopter and go to the prison, if a Sultan isn't there, fly away about 2 blocks worth of distance and then back again.

Rinse and repeat 'til it spawns.

Head to the red neck area. I found one on accident. It starts as a Sultan and you have to add the parts to make it a Sultan RS.

Also, I very useful tip:
Look for the Sultan in public sessions, as there are less of variety in the cars that spawn.
this way you double your chances of seeing a Sultan.

Simple way is to join a public match, invite a friend and let him drive his sultan. stay close to him and let him drive around the LSC near Sandy Shore. Most of the time this causes them to spawn in traffic.
