"Professional" is intended for Business/School programs, not games so that might be the problems.

Try running in a "Compatibility Mode" XP, Win98, Vista, et cetera.

Here is what the game would really like:

Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon XP processor (or better)

 384(+) MB of RAM

 16x DVD-ROM drive

 4.7 GB of free Hard Disk space for a full install

 128(+) MB Video Card with DirectX 9 compatible drivers ("GeForce4" or better)

 DirectX 9 compatible Surround Sound Card

 Game pad** with twin axis analog controls (USB or Joystick Port)

 Keyboard & Mouse

OS is not the only thing that will help you run the game smoothly.

We need to know what video card you have and what settings you are running the game at.

Have you tried running the game at lower settings?

Have you tried updating your video drivers?

Are you using any mods?

But I Need Help Too. Have You Know A Link to Download GTA San Andreas Original Full Audio Will Parts?

Many game sites sell the game. The game comes with all necessary files to run the game.
