Ah, who the f*ck am I kidding, I play Vice 381 times a week plus S&H. But this sh*t is freaky. This ain't no glitch, and it ain't no lie, eder (either). Whenever I save my game,- I always followup up by holding in my ps2 launch button until it turns red. However, within the time it takes for me to press X and resume playing from the save screen and the ps2 to finish turing off... A message in white letters pops up at the bottom of the screen and blinks off. Tommy turns his head and the ps2 is shut down from my holding it. I'm not sure, but I think the sentence is in german. I can read fast but I saw the word dohj and that was it. It only happens when I'm waiting for the ps2 to go to sleep mode from my holding the button. Here is what I can make out of the message if I ever see it: a vej ****** dohj teldef ****nf **** frehg Could someone please tell me what this is??? And I know it's not english or the controller missing message because that just goes to the pause screen. And btw, what is tommy looking at? Please help, and this is no JOKE!!! Then, after a week, the letters got really grabbled. and it said something like: GTa3 No Fuct ion col.dsm\radiok\kjahd\ er ro r.1 Whenever I'd wanna tune to k-jah. And it went haywire when i saw a taxi: fjpsapjmv** set \ GTa3: Forbidden ACees. Close PS2`. and I would have to wait 3 mins. for it to clear. The PS2 always goes weird during the shutdown sequence. eg: everytime i'm finish playing some crap on a demodisc i have, it hold the button and it makes the speakers make a loud buzzing sound. They were trying to find out why it was happening, hense the reason for this thread. That's why it helps to read more than the first sentence.
