After that, make sure you call in a ton or airstrikes on randoms. After a certain amount of times Merryweather doesn't charge you for them anymore as you become part of ther "VIP" program. I actually did just this on my second character. I sold a bunch of cars I had little use for anymore and just worked through a list of 'best in each class' vehicles. I now own a 100% spec racer in nearly every category. I did this because racing is one of the things I don't do enough of in this game and the rest of the activities are getting a bit stale...
