People that complain about getting a grade lower than an A. I get it if you tried hard on a test and got a C- or some sh*t, but getting a B+ on a hard test shouldn't be a thing that makes you go apesh*t.

It matters a lot. It isn't middle school anymore. B's in my eyes are kind of how I viewed C's then. Maybe you don't care but some do, it matters a lot when trying to maintain a high GPA. Course I don't care as much now, I've already got accepted to where I plan on going.

I don't call myself a feminist, the amount of times I've been insulted by both women AND men because of it, is ridiculous. Don't preach to women about how they HAVE to call themselves a feminist because they have a vagina, no. Just stop. It's getting out of control now. The world is never going to sugarcoat itself for anyone.

To be fair, those retro shoes are sh*t for basketball. Outside of that rare player-edition shoe, they don't feel like they're designed for full court basketball anymore.. well, compared to modern basketball shoes anyway. I tried playing in 8's before, they didn't have enough grip for cutting to the basket or keeping up with slashers on defense. The courts I play on can get a bit dusty, but even on clean ones, I can feel my feel slipping. My Vans have way more grip.

What's 3rd wave feminism? Genuine question, I don't know any of these terms.

I don't want my post to come off in the wrong way, I just don't appreciate being told I'm a man-worshiping whore (by a man) because I don't label myself.

 

Whilst I don't agree with everything Smith said, there are a lot of apparent 'feminists' that will verbally destroy another woman for not calling herself a feminist, THOSE are the people which anger me, sadly they're also the more vocal ones.

 

I know there are people who call themselves feminists that genuinely just want equality for women everywhere, but there are also those who just want to use that stance as an excuse to attack others

I guess your outlook changes in accordance to your personal experience with things like this.

Definitely agree here. Though I don't care for basketball shoes off the court, many are purely designed for fashion nowadays. Most Jordans don't play well IMO. I'd about smack the sh*t out of anybody who plays in the Air Yeezy Red Octobers.

Blood. This is only a very recent pet peeve.

 

Seeing blood has somehow become a problem for me. I've always been fine with it until I was in hospital and a new nurse put the cannula in my hand wrong and I looked down and saw blood gushing from my hand onto the floor. The nurse actually sat there and said 'oh no, oh oh, hey can I have help here, oh no, I didn't mean that - sorry'.. I f*cking passed out and ended up on a trolley in another room.

 

So now blood really makes me feel very ill. It's not even funny anymore, I was watching Deadman Wonderland (a f*cking anime) and the minute blood appeared my hands went floppy and my head got heavy.

That's how ill seeing blood makes me, even CARTOON BLOOD makes me feel weak and queasy. I've never felt like such a wimp. That nurse well and truly screwed me over.
