What I see a lot on picture threads is post reserving. When someone says "i'll post pictures in a few" or "this space is reserved for pictures"

usually they do not post anything. There's no point of doing that. Either post the pictures right then or not. No need to announce to the world that you are going to post in a separate post.

 

Another for those who decide to live in dorms or anywhere with public washers. I hate when people don't take their sh*t out of the washer/dryer soon after its done. Then you have to wait 10-20 (or even more) minutes to wait for them to get their sh*t. You have a f*cking phone for christ's sake. Set a damn alarm so you know to come back in a timely mannor. Otherwise your clothes are getting evicted

Pet Peeve #1

Seeing hoards of people sing the praises of people who say inspirational things, regurgitated speeches about how 'life gets better' and my personal favourite 'do whatever it takes to be happy'.

Words don't do sh*t.

Get off your arse and help out. Saying tacky sh*t online is not helping your 'cause'. Also no, do whatever it takes to be happy???? That's bullsh*t.

 

Parents abandon their kids because they'd rather be getting high, people cheat on their spouses/other half because that's what will keep them happy.. There is a limit to being selfish in regards to your personal happiness. If you have a child and decide you don't want to be a parent anymore, that's when you man up and deal with not. Not f*ck off and leave because your 'happiness comes first'.

 

Pet Peeve #2

Idiots who video themselves giving charities or homeless people money or help and post it online.

They're not doing it out of the kindness of their hearts, they're doing it to look like good people, and it's always the egotistical pricks doing it to garner affection and praise from others.

I hate it when TV shows or cartoons try to pander to different fanbases. For example, the Powerpuff Girls 2016 reboot removed Ms. Bellum from the cast because someone thought she was "too offensive"? WHO? Show, don't just tell! At the cost of that, they try to promote transgender rights in an episode, and unlike Steven Universe, they did it BAD. Another thing I hate is how most TV shows & cartoons nowadays have to focus on outdated trends & memes, where Pickle & Peanut has ducklips & selfies (which were also in the first Season 10 episode of the Fairly OddParents, ugh), and once again, the Powerpuff Girls reboot, where the "No me gusta" meme is used, and in one episode, Blossom & Bubbles are shown twerking. I am not making this up.

It's like people don't even try to express themselves or prove their points themselves anymore. They just use quotes and clichés all of the time.

Well, that sounds sad, especially the part where they remove Ms. Bellum from the PPG reboot.

 

Kinda sad to see that we grew up in a part where cartoons still show what modern society calls "offensive and inappropriate material" (violence, more subtle yet spot on satire of society, etc.) and now seeing cartoons nowadays omits those kinds of things and shove more SJW content in place of the good bits of old cartoons. I don't really mind that they promote modern culture reference, LGBT issues, hipster trend, and such. But somehow, the executions are decent at best and it often left you cringe. Then again, people grow up, and so does the cartoon industry.

 

This is why I don't like changes.

Fake people, i know this jackass, he's the kind of sh*thead that at the second someone is out of earshot, he starts badmouthing him for the giggles and to look good, he offered me to go out and do sh*t, but i can't stand him at all, he probably does that sh*t to me and he's not cool to be around, gets annoying way fast.

 

And overconfident people are also a pain in the ass, i know a guy who's homeless, close to a relative i also hate, got kicked out of his house for being a slacker, thief and a drugaddict, yet, he thinks he's part of the royalty or some sh*t, he quitted a well paid work because cleaning bathrooms "is not his thing", he wastes money on expensive food and turned down clothes i tried to gave him because "is not his type". He's always talking about how girls look at him and how smart he is, told me i need to get a better work, a homeless dude, what a sh*tbrain, only reason he's not a skeleton is because he must be guilt tripping some restaurant owner for some free food.

 

f*cker is like Scarface, minus the mansion and charisma, hope he learns humility one way or another.
