Anyway, I was driven by another player (who tried to kill me previously until I stood on a higher platform til he stopped) and he took me to Madrazo's (or however you spell his name). And im pretty sure it's just random, because i've been the one with all the kill's and driving the objective to wherever multiple times, and not get it while some random who was afk most of the time gets double the pay.
