crate drop ingame message and map location NOT working for anyone else

You don't need to be a specific level on your character do you?

 

While playing since the July 4th even up through a few days ago I haven't had an in game message about a crate drop, nor does anything show up on my map.

 

Was playing online with a friend and he tells me to "Go to the crate drop" and there was nothing on my screen.

 

Any else experience this?

I've been having some glitchy issues lately. They did a hot fix for the money glitches and what not. Looks like they failed to test the patch.

 

I've been having any vehicle requested through Pegasus spawn out by the Military base which is a big F*ck R* for making me drive out there.

Does anyone know of a fix?
