I rarely visit the far east side of the map as I ususually just drive over the hills or fly to my locations that are crossed the map. I feel like I abuse various means of transportation in this game, but when you spent 14 hours a day for an entire week when the game first came out to get 100% and explore you get sick of driving everywhere.

I remember appearing there with Trevor when switching to him. The typical switch where he appears drunk and also with underwear only. I think it's in the area where you steal the Surano for Epsilon

its on the left side of a small cul de sac about franklins mansion....the culd de sac looks like a tear drop on the map, it has an open pool house not in shot and a diving board that you can actually dive into the pool with

 

had quite a few meets here, i like to explore the houses and mansions in the hills, so much variety

I usually go around Mt. Jordo, mostly near the lake there. Maxed up the Lung Capacity that way.

Last Rites pointed me in the direction of this one. Driven past it loads but never realised it was a unique building. It's on the hill, just east of the store on Route 14.

There's a small pond in the hills, past the lighthouse, which would look like a perfect place to chill in real life. Don't have a picture, but I like that place. Also, no one goes there in online.
