sultangris Posted July 20, 2014 Share Posted July 20, 2014 dont know if that even still works for the yankton plate but when doing the licence plate to change the text you do it kinda like that but you have to have a plate on your car already that you dont want and then order the plate you do want in ifrut while sitting in your car in the game. once you get the txt telling you to go to customs shop you make another order in ifruit for a plate you dont want again and when you get that txt you go to charles and edit the first order changing your txt and click execute, then you will get a 3rd txt and then go to the customs and process order. not sure why you gotta do two ifruit orders, but it wont work if you dont. Then look at ordering process. You can ignore the before you order parts as that is for if you use an Android emulator on your PC. sultangris Posted July 21, 2014 Share Posted July 21, 2014 they just have to be on the same network, cause essential what it does is route your phone traffic through the charles program using it as a proxy server and if your phone isnt wirelessly connected to the network your pc running charles is on then it wont work cause it cannot connect to it. Thats how it works, the program intercepts the data and then allows you to edit it before you send it to the rockstar server, but i dont quite understand why this doesnt work if you only do it once, for some reason you have to send two orders and then edit and resend the first one. thats they only way i can get my plates to change, if i send one edit and resend then it never goes through, i dont get the txt in game saying it was received.
