You do not have a modified game? Carl is walking around (not driving)... You have finished the "Sweet's Girl" and or "Robbing Uncle Sam." You have completed the "Cesar Vailpando" hopping car competition. It should just be a matter of walking around to get the call. You do not have a modified game? Usually when Cesar doesn't call it's because the phone call script got shut down early because a mod or trainer was used to unlocked the other islands too soon. If this is the case your save is seriously broken. If you are skilled with cleo scripting you might find a fix in the Glitch Detection and Repair topic, otherwise you may as well start over. I am running pc version but i have crack and now i have completed Sweet, Ryder, Big Smoke and OG Locs missions. CRASH aint calling neither Can you buy properties in the countryside? I am using a Savegame Editor to cheat up my game And with that i am unlocking the whole map and hot coffe so thanks But the gyms are not missing but the only phone call i got in the whole game is when sweet calls about seville and temple families Unlocking the map early may disable some storyline-related phone calls, so you can't progress through storyline any further.
