I could use some car help.

I shall go ahead and say 'my bad' for chucking up something I see quite a bit around here, but I feel the need to ask. I took a long break from Grand Theft Auto: Online when my net was shut down, I came back not too long ago and seen there are... a fair amount of new vehicles to mess around with. I was hoping to buy a house, and a garage, both featuring a ten car garage. I'd like to say thank god I can do this now, but I wanted each garage to have their own... "thing". I'm a racer, done nothing but race since day one and so, I wanted to ask...

Oh, best I point out what I'd like to begin with; I was hoping to fill one garage with vehicles that are best used to race on a long road, so... speed, accel, so on. I then wanted the other garage, of course, to be filled with vehicles that are best for more compact racing, so handling and braking.

I dunno anything about the new stuff, and I dunno much about the old stuff either. I know people used to use the Adder for a long road, and the Entity for all other crap, but... yeah. I was hoping one of you could post up a list of the vehicles I could use for each garage based on what I'm looking for.

For each garage, I'd like one car from each category, meaning SUV, Super, Muscle, so on.

Oh... and my bad for such a long post, I'm in a rambling mood.

Thank you.

Well you have 10 classes of purchasable race cars. The absolute best cars for their class are:

Vans: Bison

Supers: Zentorno (Anything other than a straight road)

Muscle: Dominator

Sports Classics: Z-Type

Sedans: Schafter

Off Road: Sanchez (99% of the time)

Motorcycle: Akuma (On anything other than a straight road.)

SUV: Baller 2 (rounder version.)

The compacts and sports classes are more of a toss up, so you can have variety there.

Is this the kind of information you're after?

Or you can just get a Sultan and forget about all that overhyped junk.

How is the Z Type no skill? The car is ridiculously OP for it's class, and when it got accidentally nerfed a few patches back, the Monroe became the new OP car. Is the Monroe a no skill car?

Stop hating just because something is good.

TheGoodSgtScooter

Rhapsody for the real time.

The Panto is a fun little car.

The Blade offers an insane boost at the start of races.

The Massacro is the new best sports car.

The Sovereign is a nice cruiser bike.

The Pigalle can beat a Z - type and a Monroe, unless the race is a straight line race.

I do thank you for the post and all, but I wanted to ask some stuff. I thought the Gauntlet bested the Dominator for muscle, but then again... been gone for quite some time. I also wanted to ask what about the coupe class..? If I recall, I used ten classes, Super, Muscle, Classic, Sedan, Off-Road, Motorbike, SUV, Sport, Compact and Coupe.

Coupe class is up for debate. Some people win with Exemplar, others with F620, and even others with the Felon. Personally, F620 was great for awhile, but switched it up recently. See no difference.

Dominator vs. Gauntlet would be a tough choice for me though, been a huge fan of the Mustang for a long time but I, myself, own a Camaro. xD Anyway, thank you again. I got some useful stuff out of your post. <3

They must've started giving out wins for ugliest car then.

OT: here is a website with all vehicle stats:

http://donki.free.fr/gta5/index.php?hl=en&page=comp&vehicle=0

But all performance depends on the driver, i.e. Some prefer oversteer vs understeer. My suggestion is to narrow down to a few you think you'd like then test them out in single player first. Don't wanna buy a car for $700K+ then find out you don't like it

Fluffy Apple

i'm so much more of a pro off-road racer and i've tested all the off-road vehicles so if you want an amazing off-road vehicle just choose the bifta because it does just as good off-road as it does on-road.
