Yeah would provide a quick injection of more funds into Rockstars pocket as well, take the HD Liberty City, polish it up, and release 5 or so of the missing vehicles from it and sell it for 30 or 40 bucks. While it wouldnt be as easy as it sounds it would still be done quicker and easier then making all those assets by hand.

 

EDIT: And lol at the OP, i am sorry i want to return to LC more than anything but even i am left shaking my head at that lol

That site is up since 2001..most likely to promote GTA 3.

GTAO for the last gen consoles probably couldn't handle both LS and LC at the same time, so if anything it'd be launched on next gen consoles.
