Get a buzzard and destroy the vehicles and then use the guns on the buzzard to destroy the gas tanks as you can't lock on to them. Then go and blow up one of the meths and then fly forwards and land somewhere and wait for the other meth and shoot the two guys and then pick up the meth and fly over to Trevor.
